1. Services Overview

Slackcord provides automated platform migration, data conversion, and real-time live synchronization services for communication workspaces. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Included 7-Day Live Synchronization & Billing Tiers

All plans include 7 consecutive days of complimentary real-time post-migration synchronization. Following the 7-day trial period, automated daily synchronization billing applies according to your selected message volume tier ($1.99/day, $4.99/day, or $9.99/day) until explicitly paused or canceled by the subscriber.

3. User Authority & Compliance

You represent and warrant that you hold administrative authority to authorize workspace data transfers and that your use of Slackcord complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and third-party terms of service.

4. Intellectual Property Protection

All proprietary algorithms, distributed edge architecture, migration software, user interfaces, branding, and service designs remain the exclusive intellectual property of Slackcord. Reverse engineering, scraping, or automated replication is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Slackcord is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In no event shall Slackcord be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use or service downtime.
