1. Data Security & Transient Storage Principles

At Slackcord, data privacy and security are fundamental. Our proprietary migration platform processes message histories, nested threads, user metadata, and media attachments strictly for the purpose of executing workspace migrations and real-time live synchronization. We never sell, monetize, or harvest customer data.

2. Automated Transient File Erasure

All media attachments processed during migration are routed through encrypted transient buffers protected by an automated 24-hour lifecycle deletion policy. Zero media files remain on our servers after the migration window expires.

3. Token Encryption & Access Controls

Workspace authorization tokens and OAuth credentials are stored in isolated, high-security encrypted memory vaults. Credentials are never written to plain-text log files or shared across tenant environments.

4. Information Collection

We collect minimal account information required to administer your billing subscription and deliver real-time workspace synchronization status, including user email, tenant workspace identifier, and subscription tier.
